The room rate is always cheaper with a direct booking via our website.
The room rate agreed when making your reservation applies to your booking. Meals, drinks and other extras are not included in the room rate, unless otherwise agreed. All charges include service and VAT and must be paid in local currency.

Check-in is possible from 3 pm to 8 pm. Earlier check-in is possible based on availability. Late check-in is possible with management approval. If you are not at the hotel by 20:00, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you and you arrive later without contacting us, Hotel Britannique cannot guarantee that you will still be able to check in and your booking may no longer be valid.

Check-out is possible between 9:00 and 11:00. Earlier check-out is possible in consultation and only after written approval from the management. A late check-out is possible based on availability until 14:00 at the latest, at a rate of € 20 per hour. If you check out after 11:00 this is seen as a late check-out and you will be charged a fee of € 20, – per hour.

If you are traveling by car, you can park in the parking garage Q-Park Entre Deux in Helmstraat, a few steps away. You will receive an access code together with your hotel reservation with which you can easily enter the parking garage. You will receive the exit card when you check out.

Thanks to a special deal with Q-Park, parking costs only € 26 per night. The ticket is valid from 12:00 to 12:00 the day after. If you want to stay longer, you can purchase a 12-hour day ticket for € 13.00. Please note that this offer does not apply to the Q-Park Vrijthof parking garage. You can order this service on the booking confirmation page.

All bookings do not include breakfast. We are a small Boutique Hotel and offer our guests different breakfasts, instead of a buffet, so everything is freshly made for you.

The following breakfasts are served every morning:
Healthy breakfasts: yogurt with fruit, smoothie bowl
Sweet Breakfasts: Different Types of American Pancakes
Egg dishes: Eggs royal, Eggs avocado, Truffle omelette and fried eggs
Complete breakfasts: Classic breakfast, Champagne breakfast.

The classic breakfast is the most popular breakfast, served on a beautiful etagère.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.

The hotel, including all rooms, and the restaurant are non-smoking. If indications of smoking are found in your room or in public areas, you will be fined € 150 for the cleaning costs.

The tourist tax in Maastricht is: € 5.43 per person per night. The room rate is always exclusive of tax.

Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the day before arrival. If you cancel within 48 hours before the day of arrival, 100% of the reservation value will be charged.

Hotel Britannique is an adult-only hotel, children are only allowed in special circumstances and only after written approval from the management.

Hotel Britannique is located in a historic building and is therefore not equipped with an elevator.
